The Old Pear Tree

The ghost, nicknamed George, has been blamed for items going missing and being thrown, the TV volume being increased, light bulbs exploding and something tugging and touching the landlady's legs. George has shown himself to be a dishelelled 70 year old man in a waxed jacket. Footsteps and other noises have also been reported too.
