When this was Beagles Lighting, boxes would be found "strewn" in the storeroom overnight, light bulbs and fixtures had been found unscrewed and the front door would open by itself, triggering the alarm. Tills and mobile phones would malfuction, chandeliers would sway and candle shades thrown across the room - one staff member even said she felt as if she had been touched.
