In the past, there have been reports of a ghostly nurse in a long skirt, sometimes accompanied by the smell of violets. A child crying is supposed to have been heard in an old ward, and in another location, a young girl with plaited blonde hair was to be seen asking to use the toilet, where she would then vanish from sight. Other reports include the sound of children laughing and playing, and a young boy sitting in a chair next to a patient's bed.
