Ring O'Bells

A smell like a pipe being lit and smoke/burning has been detected; an old man has been seen seated near the fireplace and a woman in old-fashioned clothing (who has lavendar perfume) observed too; bathroom taps have been found on and beer taps turned off as well as other poltergeist-like activity, like lights flickering and objects being thrown.
