Update 19/7/21: Matt Simpson, the Duty Manager informs me, "I have worked at Ripon Spa Baths for 3 years, and have not seen any odd or inexplicable things, although some of my staff have claimed to have experienced something. I’m afraid personally I can’t help much more than that."
