Skidden Hill

There are several phantoms in this street; a young man has been seen lying on the ground, but when people turn to assist, he has vanished. Further down the hill, another young man (again, in tattered clothing), has been observed, holding out his hand, begging, with a hat in front of him for donations. It is also reported that people feel the sensation of being touched and hearing sounds, while there have been instances of electrical interference and pets reacting to something.
