Courtesy of Peter Crawley, "There were reports of a teenage girl crying while workmen removed a hidden staircase leading up to the roof. She died in 1943." It is not known if this phantom still manifests.

Update 4/8/20: I contacted the guesthouse and was told by Tim Flaherty (the owner?), "We have not had any experiences ourselves , we have been here for 13 years, but we have had guests who have had experiences, ranging from feeling their face being touched whilst in bed to sightings of figures in the building."
