c.2006, the residents of this flat experienced some phenomena in the top floor section of these premises, which were probably the servant's quarters in decades gone by. At 3am one morning, one of the occupants, who had woken to go to the toilet, saw a maid, dressed in a black dress and white bonnet, who flashed past the witness and went into the kitchen. On other occasions, he had been awakened by the sensation of somone poking him in the ankle as he lay in bed, and eventually asked the ghost to leave him alone so that he could get some sleep. There was also the time when the residents were woken by a loud bang in the night, which came from a water jug. When they picked up the jug, the whole bottom had become severed and detached from the rest of the jug.
