The Bow Street Runner

This pub is reputed by some to have been a police station and the "pale face" that is seen in the pub is believed to be a drunken woman who was placed in a cell but died during the night; some say that her full figure, all in white, is also seen. She is also blamed for glasses that fall off the shelves. Other phenomena include a glass that shattered by itself, a hairdryer turning off by itself and a member of staff feeling something cold brushing against her calves. Activity it said to escalate when there is a change of ownership.
