Turkey Cock Lane

A sound like a gobbling turkey has been heard in this lane; this is the sound that Brother Cantator made as he went mad in a cell, forbidden to have any contact with the outside world. He had become involved with a girl and when their affair was discovered he turned his back on her and, for some reason, became incarcerated in a tiny cell here. Up the road, where the Lane meets the Landgate, a spectral monk in a cowl has been seen.
