Each of the ten buildings here are said to have a ghost. Rebecca Alexander, a farmer's wife, was killed in an accident though her new born baby survived. Rebecca is said to have been seen looking for her child. The area of the Oast House and pond is also haunted by another lady, while the former location is the place where a one legged man has been seen (he apparently lost the limb in a ruckus with the farmer). There are many other phenomena reported here too, such as furniture being moved and a pet puppy reacting excitedly to something invisible.
