When this was the Wickham Court School, ghost sightings here were said to be "frequent" including a woman and other vague spectres. It is said that one of the phantoms was Anne Boleyn and it said that she walks along "Anne Boleyn's walk." A 2023 newspaper also claims that another ghost is "an old cleaner who is heard wiping windows from time to time."
