Halpern Conservancy Offices15 High Street, Rochester, Kent ME1 1PY 01634 406971 A spectral old man has been seen near the main door, in a room that used to be a kitchen; it is said that a man gassed himself after encountering financial problems. A solid grey mass was also once seen near the stairs. Whether these still occur in the buildings current guise (Cafe Nucleus and Nucleus Arts gallery) is unknown. |
