When this building was a branch of Threshers in the 1990s, the smell of fresh baking and interference with alarms would occur. The ghost itself is reported to be an old lady dressed in the black dress and white pinny of a waitress. The female manager was also pushed across the room too. As a branch of You Women (who have since moved to another location), there are stories of the smell of toast, lightbulbs exploding and items being moved or vanishing.
