Grays Beach

A spectral sailor has been seen at the wheel of a phantom boat in the area; a grey-haired lady in a white shawl has been seen too - on one occasion, she flew in the air before rushing towards a man walking his dog, while emitting a banshee-like wail. A man also saw a rubbish bin flying towards him but when he looked again after ducking, the bin was back in its place, still attached to the ground.
