Researcher Selena Wright informs me, "The landlord says that there is a man in the cellar. He senses him and feels watched but hasn’t seen him himself, but the previous landlord saw him often. He wears a leather apron and leather arm chaps. He said that the ghost was aware of him as they would make way for each other passing on the stairs. His footsteps are heard. He also knocks on his bedroom door. There is also a Victorian lady seen as a fast moving black shadow. A medium said she is in distress as looking for her daughter. She has moved objects and also has stroked his hair and prodded him in the back a couple of times."
