Wycombe Swan Theatre

Next to the theatre is "The Oak Room" where a lady in Tudor clothes walks amongst the pillars and where tablecloths have been found crumpled up on the floor. Lights have been turned on and doors opened, and a figure seen sitting in the circle, who vanished when approached.

Update 18/1/22: Rob Carr, the Hospitality General Manager, when asked of recent events, replied "I’m not aware of anything personally, of course theatres are well known to be sources of sightings, and the Old Town Hall is over 120 years old so who knows."
