The Crown and Horseshoes

Banging doors, footsteps and the apparition of an old woman have previously been seen here; although it is not clear whether phenomena are still being reported, a recent landlady's dog reacted aggressively to something invisible after closing time and would not venture into the cellar.

Update 15/2/22: The pub responded to my query regarding any recent activity: "Some of our customers truly believe they have experienced things in here. Such as glasses falling of tables or apparitions and the like. I'm a skeptical and I have never jolted these down or experience them my self, but most of my regular customers have told me the stories time and time again."
