Parc Howard Museum

Many stories are associated with this building and it's grounds. A "grand horse and carriage" have been seen and a soldier and a nurse have been seen walking in the gardens - the building used to be a hospital for wounded soldiers during both World Wars. Some witnesses claim to hear a scraping at the walls, said to be a young boy who became trapped in the chimneys and is still seeking his escape from beyond the grave...

Update 3/5/22: Morrigan Mason, the Museums Development Manager informed me, when asked if there had been anything recently reported; "I’ve heard similar anecdotes about Parc Howard but they are old accounts – there was a renewed interest when programmes like Most Haunted and Ghost Hunters International were at their most popular but it was the same account/s being repeated. There’ve been no new reported sightings/paranormal occurrences at Parc Howard Museum in the five years I’ve been working for the museum service."
