Chairs have moved by themselves, all the lights turning on and off and strange noises heard - one witness heard breathing very close to her ear. A man in a long cape and a doctor's bag has also been seen walking down the stairs, and in the cellar, a Georgian lady in a long mustard-coloured dress has been observed.
