When this was "The Ram" pub, there were many examples of ghostly activity here, but the event that prompted staff to do something was when the barmaid was grabbed as she was changing a beer barrel. She called her friend, who was a vicar, to perform an exorcism. There is hint that at some point before the ceremony, a "ghostly figure" was seen. The building is now a private residence.
