Gas to the beer pumps have been turned off, items flung around, doors open and close by themselves and faces have been seen in a walkway that once connected the pub to a nearby cottage. A previous landlord's dog went haywire when the cellar door was open, and a landlady talked of being terrified by a dark shadow that passed over her, and also mentioned seeing seeing the bottom half of a greyish lady in Victorian garb.
