As of 2023, the current owner had seen a small woman with grey hair scraped back and wearing a long dark dress standing by the window at about 5.30am. The owner asked if she was alright and the woman turned slightly and disappeared. A friend who visited saw a child go up the stairs. They only saw enough of their legs and feet to register that the figure was wearing little lace-up boots.
