Ironbridge Gorge Museums

The library and offices of the Ironbridge Gorge Museum have had reports of sound of a boy crying and shouting for help. The sound of something crashing without explanation, a cold feeling on the stairs and the sensation of a coat being tugged have also occurred. It is said that a young boy was crushed here in an accident years ago.

Update: 20/2/20: Laura Stephenson, Curatorial Officer of the Ironbridge museums, tells me that, "regards to the buildings at the Coalbrookdale site, including Museum of Iron - various staff over the years have mentioned the occasional “odd” activity, however we don’t know any more than this." However, she did tell of interesting phenomena at the nearby Blists Hill site.
