It is not known if phenomena stil persist here, but when this building was known as Joe's Restaurant, voices were heard (including name calling), a large ball of light flew into a staff member in the kitchen, and people felt the sensation of being brushed past. Wine glasses were knocked off the shelf one by one, electrial items being interfered with, and objects moved around by themselves. A dark figure in the kitchen and a spectre in the store room are a few of the many reports here. When the building was a fire station, the recreation room was described as being very cold, and a snooker ball had somehow managed to find its way onto the floor. This is the room where a carpenter took his own life some years previously.
