The Soup Kitchen

A phantom has been seen here, supposed wearing a dress (which may have been a cloak) and has been given the nickname "Ethel." The oven has been found switched off before reaching its preset temperature, and the coffee hot plate has also similarly been found deactivated. Noises had been heard upstairs, plates have been observed "spinning" on the floor and paper cups have been thrown at staff at the top of the stairs - a similar incident happened with plastic drinks lids in the yard.
