Children have been heard laughing or crying in room 20 and a man wearing a hat has been seen, mostly on the top floor. One of the workers has become so used to him that laughs and talks to him when cleaning the rooms! Other phenomena include an employee seeing someone on CCTV walking out of the restaurant and into the kitchen and he thought that it was a colleague – but she wasn’t there. The same employee looked up from setting up the tables on another shift and noticed in his peripheral vision a pair of legs in brown trousers walking out of the previous mentioned door. But when he looked up, the figure had vanished.
