The Golden Lion Hotel

The most famous ghost is that of a girl in a blue dress and blonde pigtails being seen in one of the bedrooms, although a woman had been seen by a guest kneeling down beside his bed. Other than this, the main phenomena seems to be poltergeist-like activity; two guests found themselves pinned to their bed as the cupboard doors flew open above them; night shift workers have seen items on restaurant tables fly across the room and glasses on bar tables would move by themselves; and a TV set was found turned on in an unoccupied room. Rooms 16/17 are supposed to be "badly haunted" but details are lacking.
