Cold spots, and a lady looking out of one of the top floor windows has been reported here.

Update 4/1/22: Responding to a query about any recent phenomena, I was told via Facebook, "I heard someone saw a woman on the top floor years ago but I don't know if its true or not. I've been here over ten years and unfortunately have never seen of felt anything which is quite disappointing. I live in hope"
