Previous shop owners have reported objects moving around, and items temporarily going missing; the radio wass interfered with and the front door wass been heard to open but no-one was there upon investigation. The Arbor Club on the first floor is also the source of mysterious sounds, such as footsteps and furniture being moved, but the alarm does not activate and there is no one up there.
