Grosvenor Park

The ghost of "Billy Hobby" who was a mischief maker (he charged people to stand in a spring in the park telling them they would meet the man of their dreams - until one girl died of a chill) is said to be responsible for closing and locking the park's open gates and then opening them when locked.
