Bewsey Old HallBewsey Farm Close, Bewsey, Warrington, Cheshire WA5 9PB A servant who was accused of murdering the Lord of Warrington and subsequently hanged is said to haunt this building. A spectral "white lady" has also been reported; she is thought to be Lady Isabella Botele, the wife of William Fitz Almeric le Botela, the 12th Baron.
