Crank Caverns

A spectral monk has been seen here, as has a figure who was seen to transform into a ball of light in 2012, and is thought to be St Edmond Arrowsmith who hid here from the Roundhead forces before being captured and executed. A small child, tapping, banging, growlings and the sound of rope rubbing on rock have also been reported in the caves.
