Grand Hotel Sunderland

Once known as The Seaburn Hotel, a "Grey Lady" walks here - presumably she was given the name because of her long grey hair. She appears solid and has been known to converse with visitors. She is said to like creeping up behind staff and touching them on the back of their neck.
