William de Percy Hotel

A spectral woman, "The Grey Lady," has been seen on the roof of the hotel. Guests in room 2 heard a distant horse and a short while later, they saw it in their room, where it charged through a wall, carrying a "fierce looking soldier." In room 10, a phantom woman was seen bending over a child's bed, tending to their sheets as if tucking the youngster in. This was in a freezing cold atmosphere. Mysterious puddles of water have unaccountably turned up too.
