Update 29/8/21: The establishment responded to my Facebook response: "Hi Paul, yes we have had a few experiences ... in fact our young Granddaughter had an experience 2 days [today?], she had someone whispering her name she kept asking her mum "what is it mum?" And of course our daughter hadn't said anything to her, there is loads more to tell ... "
